2008 Annual Rendezvous Dinner
The club’s annual dinner was a huge success with over sixty members present (our largest attendance ever). Some of the best raffle items in our club’s history were raffled or auctioned allowing our members to take home some wonderful gifts. Porsche watches and pen sets, dinners, massages, manicures, rounds of golf, ski lift tickets, resort lodging along with many Porsche specific items were just some of the great gifts.

The club’s first “Member of the Year” trophy was presented to Jim and Bobbi Moses, who have been true supporters of the club since its inception. Congratulations and many thanks for all of your participation and enthusiasm for the club!
During the evening, a brief review of upcoming events took place. Five of our newest members were introduced and welcomed to the club (Judy Joseph, Lou & Margret Hochheiser, and Charlie & Kitty Brown). The boards of directors were also recognized for their dedicated work in helping to make the club a success.

Bobbi Moses and Julie Whitlock greeted and signed in people as they arrived. Robin Koop (Treasurer) presented a brief report on club financing. Scot Anderson (V.P.) gave a presentation on the upcoming Wild Poker Run. Val Beck and Nancy Clancy were busy signing up people for the same Poker Run, while Anne Fish (Secretary) and Scot Anderson ran the exciting raffle and silent auction. A great job done by all! What a
wonderful way to start the summer’s driving season. These events will only get better as the summer progresses!
